Good PR can make up for alot. Quite honestly the power of the PR can make an event great or the lack of PR can make an event not so great.

Surely, attending Cannes Lions is not only about getting an award. I have been working with a several marketing and PR departments attending the Advertising festival, and remembered thinking there was a lot more to be done than attending award ceremonies.
From my experience, Cannes Lions is an amazing networking opportunity: not only there are many seminars and serious talks to attend, but you can also meet up with some of your clients from the other side of the world. Cannes is also a great place to launch a new product.
How about making more out of the time and money you spend at Cannes Lions?
