PR agencies need people

Seems like lot of middle level people are leaving all the PR agencies in Delhi. Where are they going? All around. And all the senior management are looking for new people. Seems like there is a dire need of PR professionals in the industry today. Some agencies are offering double the amount of whatever anyone has been getting in his/her preivious agency.
