Gentle reminder: 1st Unofficial Indian Public Relations Survey

All those who chanced upon this blog, read this blog, support this blog, or take offence on this blog – if you haven’t participated in the 1st Unofficial Indian Public Relations Survey, please do so by simply clicking this link and answering some simple questions. Your inputs will help some to formulate a common information on the Indian PR industry and might help some who are already in the insutry or who are geting into the industry. I suppose sharing two minutes of our time on the survey wouln’t affect our work so much. Doesn’t matter if we are not VPs or CEO, anybody’s inputs will be valuable.

For all those who have participated so far, thanks a ton. Your inputs were wonderful. The results will come out after July 25, 2006 on this blog. Just on a quick peep, there are some names cropping up in the best agency and worst agency categories repeatedly. These are Perfect Relations, Text 100, Genesis, eLexicon, Corporate Voice, 2020, PRactice, and Percept Profile. There are some great reasons given as well why they have chosen these agencies as the best and the worst.

65% of the respondents so far said PR trainees should get between Rs. 5-10k. A CEO’s salary ranges from the lowest Rs. 60k to the highest Rs. 24 lacs.
